Gunalan Appalasamy

Managing Partner
Gunalan Appalasamy has over 25 years of audit and tax experience in various industries, including manufacturing, trading, consumer products, services, construction and property development.
Gunalan Appalasamy was a panel in a webinar organised by Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) on International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM).
Gunalan Appalasamy also has vast experience and has conducted Investigative Audits, Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) and he also has been appointed by the Kuala Lumpur High Court to conduct an Investigative Audit, the findings for which were accepted by the Honourable Judge as conclusive.
Gunalan Appalasamy also conducts sharing and training sessions with fellow practitioners on Practice Reviews conducted by MIA, especially on the requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
Kumaraguru Manokaran
CA (M), FCCA, ACTIM
Tax Partner
Kumaraguru started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and has over 15 years of audit and tax experience in various industries including manufacturing, trading, consumer products, services, construction and property development. He was also involved in public sector audits, financila due diligence, business valuation, tax advisory, tax planning, tax audits and tax investigations.
He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. (CTIM).
Kumaraguru is a licensed tax agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act, 1967.
Pei Sze Low

Senior Associate
Pei Sze Low holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). Her academic journey is a testament to her commitment to blending financial expertise with strategic management skills, creating a holistic understanding of clients' business operations.
With over five (5) years of extensive experience in the fields of accounting and tax, Pei Sze joined our team two years ago, bringing a wealth of expertise to our organization. As a dedicated team leader, she champions the development of her colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
In her current role, Pei Sze assumes the critical responsibility of ensuring the meticulous execution of accounting and tax procedures, always in strict adherence to International Accounting Standards and Malaysian tax regulations. Her unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards in financial practices ensures the financial well-being and compliance of our clients.
Logeswaran Muniandy
CA (M), ACPA
Manager - Tax
Logeswaran Muniandy has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and had more than nine years of experience in audit, tax and accounting prior to joining us five years ago.
Logeswaran is a Chartered Accountant under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He is also a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants (ACPA).
Logeswaran has vast knowledge in the requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and he is currently responsible for ensuring that all audit and tax engagements are conducted thoroughly and in compliance with ISAs and tax rules.
Sirinjivi Vengadeson @ Jivi
B.Sc. (Hons), Accounting and Finance
Manager - Audit
Sirinjivi Vengadeson, known professionally as Jivi, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance with Honors from the University of Greenwich, UK.
With over eleven (11) years of extensive experience in the fields of audit, tax, and accounting, Jivi joined our team one year ago, bringing a wealth of expertise to our organization.
Jivi specializes in audit and accounting, with a particular emphasis on ABSS (formerly known as MYOB) accounting software. His knowledge extends to the intricate requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS), and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
In his current role, Jivi assumes the responsibility of ensuring the meticulous execution of audits, in strict adherence to ISAs, MPERS, and MFRS guidelines.
